  • 1 package of Beyond Meat Beef-Style Crumbles or Beyond Meat Ground
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs or rolled oats
  • 1 cup of finely chopped onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 cup of grated carrot
  • 1 cup of diced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
