- 1 large green tomato sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying
- 4 slices bacon cooked
- 2 leaves of lettuce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
