- 2 oz butter
- 3,5 oz of smoked salmon
- 1 cup cooking cream
- 18 oz pasta farfalline
Melt the butter in a pan. Add the salmon chopped into pieces. Be careful because the butter needs to be warmed up.
Remove from the heat, add the cream, and mix everything.
In the meantime, put a pot with plenty of saltwater on the fire. When it boils, put the pasta inside.
Drain the farfalline cooked al dente, and season them with salmon sauce. We do not recommend sprinkling with grated cheese.
