Instructions
Fry the chopped red onion in butter, in a pot, until it gets golden brown.
Add cooked shrimps, cooking cream, curry, thyme, and season with marjoram. Leave on low heat, stirring carefully, until the sauce thickens.
Meanwhile, put a pot of salted water on the fire. When it boils, add the pasta (bucatini) and cook it.
Drain the cooked pasta and season it with sauce. You can use other types of pasta, from macaroni to spaghetti, as desired.
