Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz butter
  • 3,5 oz of smoked salmon
  • 1 cup cooking cream
  • 18 oz pasta farfalline

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in a pan. Add the salmon chopped into pieces. Be careful because the butter needs to be warmed up.
  • Remove from the heat, add the cream, and mix everything.
  • In the meantime, put a pot with plenty of saltwater on the fire. When it boils, put the pasta inside.
  • Drain the farfalline cooked al dente, and season them with salmon sauce. We do not recommend sprinkling with grated cheese.
