Conchiglie with Broccoli
Conchiglie ( Pasta ) with Broccoli
Ingredients
- 2 oz of bacon
- 2 oz of butter
- Garlic
- 18 oz of broccoli
- Basil
- Salt
- 9 oz of peeled tomatoes
- 18 oz of pasta conchiglie
- Grated parmesan
Instructions
- Cut the bacon into cubes. Put it to fry in a pan with butter.
- Add the chopped garlic clove, the broth that you before washed, and dried. Leave to fry for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, chop the basil and chop the peeled tomatoes. Add them to the pan. Stir and continue to cook for another 15 minutes.
- Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. When it is cooked al dente (not overcooked) drain it and save a cup of the cooking water. Mix the pasta with the Brussels sprouts in the sauce.
- Add 2 - 3 tablespoons of the cooking water to keep the dish from drying out. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and serve immediately completely hot.
