Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz of bacon
  • 2 oz of butter
  • Garlic
  • 18 oz of broccoli
  • Basil
  • Salt
  • 9 oz of peeled tomatoes
  • 18 oz of pasta conchiglie
  • Grated parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Cut the bacon into cubes. Put it to fry in a pan with butter.
  • Add the chopped garlic clove, the broth that you before washed, and dried. Leave to fry for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, chop the basil and chop the peeled tomatoes. Add them to the pan. Stir and continue to cook for another 15 minutes.
  • Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. When it is cooked al dente (not overcooked) drain it and save a cup of the cooking water. Mix the pasta with the Brussels sprouts in the sauce.
  • Add 2 - 3 tablespoons of the cooking water to keep the dish from drying out. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and serve immediately completely hot.
