Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz cod
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 scallion
  • 7 oz of small tomatoes
  • 2 oz pitted black olives
  • Pinch of chopped celery
  • 14 oz pasta
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Soak the cod in cold water for four days, changing the water several times a day.
  • Drain the cod and chop into smaller pieces using a fork.
  • Fry chopped garlic with olive oil.
  • In other bowl fry chopped green onion.
  • Mix garlic and onions and add cod, chopped tomato, olives, and celery.
  • Leave to simmer for 5 minutes, add salt and turn off the heat.
  • Cook the pasta in salted water, but keep it "al dente".
  • Drain the pasta and add it to the bowl with the cod.
  • Mix everything and add a teaspoon of fresh celery, a few drops of olive oil and a pinch of freshly grounded pepper.
