Ingredients
- 2 oz butter
- 1 red onion
- 5 oz shrimps cooked or canned
- 9 oz of cooking cream
- A teaspoon of curry
- Marjoram
- Thyme
- Salt
- 14 oz pasta bucatini
Instructions
- Fry the chopped red onion in butter, in a pot, until it gets golden brown.
- Add cooked shrimps, cooking cream, curry, thyme, and season with marjoram. Leave on low heat, stirring carefully, until the sauce thickens.
- Meanwhile, put a pot of salted water on the fire. When it boils, add the pasta (bucatini) and cook it.
- Drain the cooked pasta and season it with sauce. You can use other types of pasta, from macaroni to spaghetti, as desired.
