Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz butter
  • 1 red onion
  • 5 oz shrimps cooked or canned
  • 9 oz of cooking cream
  • A teaspoon of curry
  • Marjoram
  • Thyme
  • Salt
  • 14 oz pasta bucatini

Instructions
 

  • Fry the chopped red onion in butter, in a pot, until it gets golden brown.
  • Add cooked shrimps, cooking cream, curry, thyme, and season with marjoram. Leave on low heat, stirring carefully, until the sauce thickens.
  • Meanwhile, put a pot of salted water on the fire. When it boils, add the pasta (bucatini) and cook it.
  • Drain the cooked pasta and season it with sauce. You can use other types of pasta, from macaroni to spaghetti, as desired.
